I began my career working for the Integration and Application Network (IAN) for University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science (UMCES). It was there that I received hands-on training on science communication, synthesis, symbol-creation, and graphic design. I’ve since applied this learning as well as other skills like map-making to other roles. I would love to provide the following for you:
-infographics and diagrams
-logos
-symbols
-factsheets
-newsletters
-maps
